Physios might give you exercises. Chiros might crack your spine a couple of times. I get my hands in there with precision and detail to manually reset the tension patterns stealing your strength.

Comfortable clothes. Gym shorts and a tank or sports bra or trackies and a long sleeve tee work great.
You’ll stay clothed during the session, but I need access to areas like shoulders, back, hips, and arms. If we're doing neck, we'll use some coconut oil. No incense, no robes—just precision bodywork.
That depends on your body and your goals. Some people come in once and feel sorted. Others book a few sessions to undo years of tension. Even more book in and keep coming back as we peel back the layers of dysfunction trapped in their body. My aim is always to get you feeling better, faster—not keep you on a never-ending schedule.
